Course description

Learning Goals
By the end, you’ll be ready to handle everyday life in the Netherlands independently. Not only will you manage casual conversations, but also arrange appointments, talk about your weekend, or solve small problems at work or in public. You’ll join Dutch-language environments without feeling lost, whether at the grocery store, in a meeting, or at a friend’s party. This course helps you build real social confidence when using Dutch, allowing you to speak up, ask questions, and understand replies.
Skills you Gain
You’ll be able to chat with colleagues about your plans, ask for help at the pharmacy, or explain issues to your landlord. You can confirm appointments over the phone and take part in small talk at gatherings. Reading Dutch emails or public notices will be less stressful. You’ll finally order what you want at a café, join in on group conversations, and feel understood. Basic misunderstandings will stop blocking you from daily life.
Course Content
Expect friendly faces and a teacher who always encourages you to speak, even when you make mistakes. Each week, you’ll take part in lively discussions, role plays, and group tasks that reflect the situations you actually face. Feedback is immediate: if you say something unclear, you’ll get help to fix it, but never feel embarrassed. Support comes both from the teacher and classmates, turning every error into a step forward. The lessons are practical and interactive, with helpful explanations in English, so you always know why you’re learning what you’re learning. Every session leaves you more confident and ready to use Dutch outside the classroom.
