Russian course Intermediate level B1 to B2 in small groups
You’re ready to move past simple Russian. You want to chat without hesitation, text your friends, watch YouTube, or handle daily tasks in Russian — at work, with classmates, or on a trip. But talking for more than a few minutes is still stressful, and you aren’t sure how to express your ideas clearly. Our B1–B2 course helps you reach the point where Russian just flows: longer chats, real conversations, and genuine messages — without getting stuck or worrying about mistakes. If you want real confidence interacting in Russian, this group course is for you.

Course description
Learning Goals
To help you move from basic conversations to talking about real-life topics and goals in Russian. By the end, you’ll feel comfortable handling social situations, joining small talk, and expressing your opinions in group settings, not just with teachers. You’ll be able to manage your everyday life — ask for help, explain your plans, solve problems, and keep conversations going, even if there’s a surprise. Our goal is to make you an independent speaker.
Skills you Gain
You’ll confidently join conversations with classmates, friends, or colleagues and won’t freeze when someone talks fast. Making appointments, handling phone calls, or responding in group chats will feel less stressful. You’ll follow Russian media, chat about your hobbies, and talk about your own experiences or plans. You can give polite opinions, disagree or clarify, and ask follow-up questions, even when the topic changes. Everyday tasks — like asking for directions, discussing work, or arranging to meet — become natural.
Course Content
Expect lively, real-world discussions — not just exercises. Every session is about talking, sharing stories, and solving practical challenges, with lots of space for your questions. There’s guidance in English when you need it, but most of the learning happens in Russian: you’ll negotiate, give feedback, handle everyday misunderstandings, and build up your confidence in small, supportive groups. Mistakes are welcome and corrected naturally. Teachers focus on your progress and make sure everyone stays involved and comfortable, with regular feedback and clear goals.
Requirements
You only need a phone or computer with internet access. All materials and sessions are online, so you can join from anywhere with a stable connection. No special programs are required—just Google Meet and your motivation to take part in every live lesson.
